Mark and Emma are building radar fall sensors that tell the people who matter when someone falls at home.
Two founders, one mission
Croft is a radar fall sensor in each main room and a hub beside the router. When a sensor notices a fall, it alerts the people they choose.
Emma and Mark are building Croft so that fewer people are left on the floor with no one knowing. Mark's gran fell and broke her leg. Emma spent years as a CQC registered manager.

How Croft works differently
- Nothing to wear
- A radar sensor in each room notices a fall, so there is no pendant to forget.
- Alerts your circle
- An alert goes to the people nearest first. If no one answers, it passes to the next person until someone acknowledges it.
- Set up before it arrives
- Sensors arrive already paired to the hub. You put one in a corner of each main room and plug it in.
- An estimate before anything else
- Every home is different, so the cost depends on how many rooms need a sensor. There is a one-off cost for the hub and sensors, then a monthly subscription for connectivity, alerts, support and updates. The needs assessment gives you an estimate for their home.
- No call centre
- Alerts go to their circle through the Croft app. Croft is not a medical device and does not call emergency services.
No cameras, no microphones
Croft's fall sensors use radar, not cameras. They cannot capture images or sound. We never sell your information, and you decide who is in the circle.
